All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.

If approved, we will offer a replacement item of like or similar value, selected with customer approval based on current inventory availability.

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
